Brenden had his first ever dental cleaning today at Dr. Cole's office. He has been once before when he was 1 just to check some calcium deposits. But this was his first official big boy visit. He did AWESOME!!!! He sat in the chair all by his self. He let the hygienist, Ms. Amy, count his teeth, clean his teeth (a little tartar behind his front bottom teeth), brush with her spinner thingy, and he even let her FLOSS his teeth. Dr. Cole then came over and he let him look in his mouth with the little mirror. He did great the whole time. He watched cartoons on the TV above him and did whatever the staff needed him to do! Everything looked good and we will go back in December as Brenden begins the 6 month check up routine. Elliott and I were so proud of him. He was so excited to get a new toothbrush, a tiny toothpaste, and Ms. Amy even let him pick out a prize!!!! A great trip to the dentist for the Bug!!!
